services & applications. Infinix Ops Manager smartly classifies the devices into
Servers, Firewalls, Switches, Routers, Printers and Desktops, and groups
them under different views.


Business Views
Business views are included to create customized views by grouping systems
and applications together intelligently for effective management (i.e. group
by geography, business process etc.). Business views-based reports are also
available.

Integrating with ServiceDesk Plus
In the event of a network fault, automatic logging of a trouble-ticket to
ServiceDesk Plus from Infinix Ops Manager is now possible.  Provision to view more
detailed device information like installed software, asset details etc
through device-specific menus too!

Specialized views for Servers, Routers, Switches, UPS, Firewalls, wireless
Access Points etc. Category-specific monitors are provided such as monitors
for availability of links in routers, battery status in UPS etc.

Infinix Ops Manager monitors Windows services that helps in managing the applications
running in the background on Windows machines.

Windows Event Log Monitoring
Infinix Ops Manager monitors the events about the system, application and security
logged by the Event Log service in Windows machines.

Application Monitoring
Infinix Ops Manager includes Infinix Online services monitors to manage the applications, such
as Oracle, MSSQL, MS Exchange and Lotus Notes.

URL Monitoring
Infinix Ops Manager now monitors your Web sites and promptly notifies you when the

Packet loss Monitoring
Packet loss for  a device can be monitored in terms of percentage. It is
also possible to configure the number of packets to be sent.

Intelligent Event-Alarm Correlation

events and presents only meaningful alarms to the Operator.

Email, SMS based Alarm notification
Infinix Ops Manager can be configured to automatically notify users through email or
SMS, whenever an alarm occurs.

Infinix Ops Manager provides you an option of loading the Traps from various MIBs

CPU, Memory, Disk monitoring
Monitors CPU, Memory and Disk Utilization of critical servers. With its
real-time and historical graphs, Infinix Ops Manager helps optimal delivery of service
to end users. CPU and memory utilization graphs are also available for
routers.

Performance Management and Reporting
Infinix Ops Manager comes with comprehensive Performance Management functionality. You
get a host of real-time graphs and historical reports for Availability,
Utilization, Response times and Inventory on daily, weekly, monthly and
custom period basis. Reports can be exported in PDF formats.

Custom Reports
Infinix Ops Manager provides custom reports that allow you to view many graphs of a
device in a single page and get a printed version of the same.

Enhanced Web Client
An HTML client that allows access to the Central Server and also to the
Probe. Customers can connect to the Probe to see the data, or to the Central
Server.
